You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with SR ExportsTo check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. |

This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Track Your Pending Orders” link to view the status of all orders that have not yet been fully delivered. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. |

After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.To review the details of orders that have already been fulfilled, you can click on “Review Your Purchase History” link on your My Account page. To get the details of a specific order, click on the specific Order Number. |

If you have your tracking number, you can also check on the status of your delivery by visiting FedEx, United Parcel Service or DHL Websites directly. |
